Refund policy

Due to the spiritual and consumable nature of intention candles, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped. Because we cannot guarantee the candle remains energetically neutral after leaving our studio, we do not accept "Change my mind" return even if unlit. This policy protects the integrity and energy of each handcrafted piece. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will replace it.
